Six Floors, One Standard of Quality

5th Floor – Whitewood area

Product frames are assembled and refined at this stage. Every detail, especially the legs of chairs and tables, is carefully crafted to ensure both strength and elegance. This step provides the solid foundation needed for the next stages of production to be carried out accurately and efficiently.

4th Floor – Foam area

Once the frames are completed, foam is cut to precise dimensions and carefully applied to each product. This step shapes the furniture, adding comfort and enhancing durability for long-lasting use.

2nd & 3rd Floor – Upholstery area

After the frames are padded with foam, the products move to the upholstery floors. Fabrics or leather are hand-applied with precise techniques, ensuring a seamless fit. This stage requires craftsmanship and expertise to achieve both aesthetic appeal and durability in the final product.

1st Floor – Cutting & Sewing area

Before entering production, fabrics are stored in a dedicated facility to maintain their quality. Once the frames are ready, our team measures according to actual dimensions and then cuts and sews the fabric for a perfect fit. This process guarantees accuracy, consistency, and a refined finish.

Ground Floor – Packing area

As the final stage in the production process, each product undergoes careful inspection before being packed. Every item is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transport, ensuring it is ready for shipment to customers both domestically and internationally.
